Mold Busters® was born from a simple observation: Dubai's buildings were suffering from mold problems that nobody was solving properly. Property owners were paying for surface-level cleaning that left the root cause untouched — and the mold always came back. We set out to change that.
Founded in 2022, we invested our first year in intensive training and international certification before taking on a single client. We believe that understanding building science, moisture dynamics, and microbiology is a prerequisite for solving mold problems — not something you learn on the job at a customer's expense.
Today, Mold Busters® is Dubai's go-to mold specialist for residential and commercial properties. From a single apartment bathroom to a 30-floor commercial tower, every project receives the same standard: identify the root cause, eliminate the mold at source, document everything, and ensure it doesn't return.

Milestones That Define Us
Mold Busters® launched in Dubai with a commitment to solve mold problems properly — starting with intensive training and international certification before taking on a single client.
Invested in IICRC, NADCA, and building science training. Built the technical foundation that every project would be delivered against — no shortcuts, no learning on the job.
Began serving Dubai homeowners — apartments, villas, and townhouses. Developed our root-cause methodology that addresses why mold grows, not just where it appears.
Added FLIR thermal imaging, professional moisture meters, air sampling equipment, and HEPA filtration systems — the diagnostic and remediation tools that deliver accurate, documented results.
Expanded to commercial properties — hotels, offices, warehouses, schools, and high-rise towers across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Developed fast-track reporting for commercial clients with tight operational schedules.
Added building envelope testing, smoke testing, thermography, indoor air quality testing, and mold risk modeling — a complete diagnostic capability that goes far beyond basic mold inspection.
