Our on-site inspection service starts from AED 350 for a studio or one-bedroom property, which includes the full IICRC S520 inspection, thermal imaging, moisture mapping, and your written report. The exact price is confirmed to you before you book.
Same-day inspections are available across most Dubai areas Monday to Saturday, subject to availability. We confirm your booking within 2 hours of your enquiry. If you need an urgent inspection — for a property handover — please call or WhatsApp us directly and we will prioritise your booking.
Yes. Mold Busters® operates Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We operate six days a week. Emergency mold response for active water damage, flooding, or urgent health situations is available around the clock.
We serve all Dubai areas including JVC, Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, Palm Jumeirah, and all other communities. We also cover Abu Dhabi and Sharjah upon request — please contact us for pricing on areas outside Dubai. No additional travel charge within Dubai.
Yes. Inspection pricing is based on property size: studio or one-bedroom from AED 350, two or three-bedroom from AED 450, four-bedroom or larger villa from AED 600. These are starting prices that include the inspection, thermal imaging, moisture mapping, and written report. Additional factors such as extra floors, air sampling points, or the number of AC units may affect the final price. We always provide a fixed written quote before the inspector departs — the price quoted is the price you pay.
